If you believe someone else has accessed your account, notify our support team without delay. Vegastars is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.
Identity Verification
Vegastars applies identity verification procedures as required by our compliance obligations. You may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, recent proof of address, and payment method confirmation before a withdrawal is released. Accounts where verification cannot be completed will have withdrawal access suspended until resolved.
Deposits and Currency
Vegastars operates in Australian dollars. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are in AUD. Available deposit methods are shown in your account cashier. Methods and minimums may change; always check the cashier at the time of your transaction.

Our Liability
Vegastars provides its services on an as-available basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Where disruptions occur due to technical issues or events outside our control, Vegastars accepts no liability for resulting losses. Our total liability to any player in connection with any claim is capped at the value of deposits made in the 12 months before that claim.
Complaints and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curacao, consistent with the operating licence held by Vegastars Entertainment Ltd under Antillephone N.V. Complaints should be sent to our support team in the first instance. We aim to respond to formal complaints within 14 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to the Curacao Gaming Authority.
Updates to These Terms
Vegastars may revise these Terms at any point. Updates take effect when published to this page. Continuing to use the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify players of significant changes by email.
